All courses have audio throughout. We offer live telephone and email support as well as chat support. All courses expire one year from date of purchase, EST.

Students taking our 22.5 hour CE Courses have six choices:

  • All Packages, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 are 22.5 hours and each course includes all material required effective September 21, 2022.
  • Each package contains all the mandatory material as well as different electives.
  • You can choose your package based on the electives and be sure that you will get all the required subjects as well as ones that are of particular interest to you. There are no wrong choices.
  • Packages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 are each complete offerings. In order to obtain credit the entire 22.5 hours must be completed, there is no partial credit.
  • We also offer individual courses for those who may have already acquired some NY State approved credits.

Our 75-hour course has two options:

  • 75-hour course only
  • 75-hour package which includes the 75-hour course, the 400-page E text book as well as our Practice exam center.

The E textbook is a PDF and can be downloaded to a phone, tablet or computer. If a student is not online, they can quickly access course content ON THE GO for studying or, later in their career, for reference. You can also use the E book as a word find source. Simply type a word into the search and it will bring up the word anywhere in the e-book. Once you download it to your computer, you will have it forever.

The exam center is designed to give students the ability to get questions pertaining to chapter content learned in the online course. We supply you with over 2,000 practice questions.

  • 30-hour gap course is designed for students who have taken the 45-hour course years ago and now want to get their real estate license or for students that took a 45-hour sales course and 45-hour brokers course and need the additional 30 hours of education to obtain their broker license.
